  • Your business offers products or services valued at $15,000 or more
  • You have a legitimate business operation
  • You are at least 18 years of age

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business and offerings
  • Ensure your products or services are as represented
  • Maintain adequate lead flow as discussed during onboarding
  • Fulfill obligations to customers acquired through our services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Pay all fees and charges associated with your account

5. Fee Structure and Payment

Our fee structure typically consists of a base retainer plus performance-based compensation tied to successfully closed deals. Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement. All fees are:

  • Due according to the payment schedule in your agreement
  • Non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Subject to change with notice for future billing cycles

6. Term and Termination

The term of service will be specified in your service agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement according to the conditions outlined therein. Upon termination:

  • All access to our services will cease
  • Any outstanding payments will become immediately due
  • Certain provisions will survive termination (confidentiality, etc.)

All content, trademarks, services marks, logos, and trade names on this website are the property of Luster Social. Our sales methodologies, scripts, and processes are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
